Normal Business Hours:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Emergencies:

Phone is answered 24 hours every day and technicians are automatically paged.

Service Rates:

Service charge of $76 covers first half hour. Each additional hour is billed at $76.

Salesman:

Andrew Ray: Andrew is a 25 year veteran of the heating and air conditioning business. He has a rich background in control systems and energy management both from the manufacturing side and as a owner of his own HVAC business. Andrew joined Tom's in 2004 and is primarily responsible for maintaining relationships with our commercial customers and for selling Planned Maintenance Agreements. He lives in Arlington with his wife Carol. They love to travel, entertain at home and play with their grandchildren.
