- Rich purchased Tom’s Mechanical, Inc. in 1988 and has served as its president ever since. After serving in the U. S. Navy, Rich began his business career with The Trammell Crow Companies in 1973. As an Operating Partner, he oversaw industrial development in Tarrant County until selling his interests back to the company in 1983. For the next five years he continued to dabble in real estate while helping start Butler Construction, Inc., Ashton Party Rentals and F. LaMont Sales. Rich is an active golfer, volunteer, husband and father. He lives in Arlington with wife, Rene’. They have two grown sons and one grandchild. E-Mail

Dee Dee Dolloff, Administrative Manager

- Dee Dee is Tom’s “go-to” person for anything not done by others. She came to Tom’s in 1990 after working for The Ashton Company since 1987. Dee Dee is extraordinarily organized, highly computer literate and gifted in areas of customer service. She oversees the administrative functions of the company including human resources, accounting and inventory control. Dee Dee loves to travel and dote on her grandchildren. She has two grown children and lives in Arlington. E-Mail


jerryJerry Brown, Installation Manager

- If you add up both of his terms at Tom’s, Jerry Brown has been a Tom’s employee for a total of 30 years! Fortunately, Jerry’s current term of employment began in 1989. During that time he has risen from lead installer to manager of all installation work. Not only does Jerry bring a wealth of knowledge and customer service skills to his job, no one can match his daily enthusiasm. Under his leadership, the Commercial Installation Division has set new standards of customer satisfaction, financial success and employee stability. Jerry, who is an avid sports fan and soccer player, lives in Arlington with wife Judith. They have two grown children. E-Mail

joshJoshua Wallace, Service Manager

- Joshua joined Tom’s in 2001 as a Residential Service technician. He quickly became a customer favorite because of his ability to clearly communicate technical issues to customers without making them feel stupid. They also appreciate his honesty and willingness to “tell it like it is.” Joshua was promoted to Service Manager in September, 2013. He is married to his high school sweetheart Chris and lives in Ovilla with two cats, numerous chickens and a huge vegetable garden. E-Mail

brianBrian Lackey, Residential Systems Manager

- Brian Lackey took the reins of the Residential Replacement Division in January 2007. Brian literally grew up in the air conditioning business, as his father owns a business in south Texas. Shortly after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999, Brian joined Tom’s as its primary Retrofit salesman. In his first year he established a new sales record for the Retrofit Division. His knowledge of the business is complemented by his sincerity and honest desire to do what is best for the customer. Brian and his wife Kimberly live in Colleyville and have two young daughters. E-Mail
